1. The promoter
The promoter is Luxe Excursions Tenerife Ltd (registered in Scotland, company number SC850266), 24b Barbieston Road, Dalrymple, Ayr KA6 6DZ, United Kingdom. Questions about this competition go to contact@luxeexcursionstenerife.com.
2. Who can enter
Every entrant must be able to confirm: “I am 18 or over and live in the UK”. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition cannot enter. We may ask the winner for proof of age and address before the prize is awarded.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be made between 1 October 2026 at 01:00 and 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time; entries outside those times are not counted. There are two ways to enter:
On Instagram: on the competition post on @luxeexcursionstenerife, do all of the following:

- Like the post
- Tag who you'd bring
- Comment when you'd visit
Your Instagram account must be public when the winner is drawn so we can check this. Each account is entered once, however many comments it leaves.
On the website: complete the form at luxeexcursionstenerife.com/win.
Website entrants must follow Luxe Excursions Tenerife on Instagram (@luxeexcursionstenerife), TikTok (@luxe.excursions.t) or Facebook (Luxe Excursions Tenerife), confirm this on the entry form and give us the username, or the name on Facebook, they follow from. Following is free.
One entry per person: someone who enters both ways is counted once. Entries made in bulk, by automated means or through a third party, and further entries from the same person under different details, are void. We are not responsible for entries that are not received for technical reasons.
4. The prize
One winner receives a prize for two people:
- Return flights for 2 from a UK airport
- 3 nights at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife
- The Luxe Diamond Experience for 2
- Private yacht charter (3 hours) with champagne, drinks and snacks
- Whale and dolphin watching from the yacht
- Paddle boards, snorkelling and Seabob
- 3 excursions, events or activities of your choice
- Airport pick-up and drop-off, plus luxury transfers between every activity
- Professional filming of your trip
There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred or sold. If part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will replace it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Travel
- Travel dates are agreed with the winner and are subject to availability.
- Return flights for two adults from a UK airport, booked by us.
- Three nights at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for two adults sharing one room.
- The winner and their guest need valid passports and any travel documents their trip requires. Travel insurance, spending money and anything not listed in the prize are not included.
The Diamond Experience
- As described on the Diamond Experience page on the day the competition opens. Our team books every activity around the winner's stay.
- Activities depend on the weather and on partner availability. If one cannot run, we will offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
5. Choosing and contacting the winner
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries on 2 December 2026. Two reserve entrants are drawn at the same time. The draw is recorded so that it can be independently checked.
Before contacting the winner we check they met the conditions above, including following us. If they did not, or their account cannot be found, the entry is not valid and we move to the first reserve.
Within 7 days of the draw we contact the winner by email if they entered on the website, or by direct message from @luxeexcursionstenerife if they entered on Instagram. We will never contact winners from any other account and never ask for payment or card details. The winner must reply within 14 days to accept the prize. If they do not, or they are not eligible, the prize is offered to the first reserve, and then the second, on the same terms.
6. Announcing the winner
The winner's first name and county are available on request by emailing us within one month of the draw. With the winner's agreement, we may also share their first name, county and photos or film of their trip on our website and social media. Taking part in publicity is not a condition of winning.
7. Your details
We use entrants' details to run this competition and to contact the winner, and keep them for 12 months after the draw. We send offers and news only to entrants who ticked the box to receive them, and anyone can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy policy for more.
8. Tax
The promoter will pay any tax it is legally required to pay on the prize. Any other tax or charge arising for the winner is the winner's responsibility.
9. General
By entering, entrants accept these terms. The promoter's decision on anything relating to the competition is final. We may change or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our control make that necessary, and will say so on this page.
