By making a booking with Luxe Excursions Tenerife you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The person making the booking confirms that they are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking on behalf of all participants.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received via our online checkout. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
3. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are handled in line with our Refund Policy and Travel Policy.
4. Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your group meet any health, fitness, age, and documentation requirements for the activities you book. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our team and partners.

While we always prioritise your safety, participation in excursions and activities is at your own risk. Luxe Excursions Tenerife is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
