1. Data We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you make a booking or contact us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and booking details. We may also receive limited information from our payment provider when you complete your payment.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to manage your booking, communicate with you about your experience, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Cookies and Measurement
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work at all: keeping your basket, keeping staff signed in, and security. These are always on, because the site cannot function without them.
Analytics. Helps us see which pages are used and where people give up, so we can fix what is not working. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics stores cookies on your device, and we also record which advert or search brought you to the site, so we know which of our own marketing is worth paying for. Before you choose, and if you decline, nothing is stored on your device: Google receives only basic signals, such as that a page was viewed, which cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.
Marketing. Shows us which of our adverts lead to bookings, and lets us show our adverts to people who have already visited. If you accept marketing cookies, Google Ads can recognise your visit. When you book or request a trip having accepted marketing cookies, we also give Google your email address (and your phone number, if you gave one), scrambled (hashed) first, so Google Ads can tell us which advert led to it. We also load the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok pixel, which tells Meta and TikTok which pages you viewed and whether you entered our competition, messaged us on WhatsApp or booked, and may be linked to your account with them. When you book having accepted marketing cookies, we may also confirm the booking to Meta and TikTok from our server, with your email address and phone number scrambled (hashed) first. If you decline, none of this happens and the pixel is not loaded at all. Each company handles this data under its own privacy policy.
You choose when you first arrive, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. Declining is as easy as accepting, and it does not affect your booking or the service you receive.

4. Data Sharing
We may share limited information with our trusted service providers who help deliver your experiences (for example, activity providers or transfer partners), and with our payment and email providers. We do not sell your personal data.
The maps on our site come from Google Maps, so viewing one connects your browser to Google, which handles that under its own privacy policy. If you start typing in the “Where are you staying?” box, what you type is also sent to Google, which suggests matching hotels and addresses in Tenerife. If you would rather not, leave the box empty and tell us where you are staying by email.
5. Data Retention
We keep your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we remove or anonymise it.
6. Your Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, where applicable under local law. We may need to keep certain information for legal reasons.
