Questions
Is it really free to enter?
Yes. There is nothing to buy and no catch. One entry per person.
Who can enter?
Anyone who can confirm: “I am 18 or over and live in the UK”.
Can I enter on Instagram and here?
You can, but you are counted once. One entry per person, however you enter and however many comments you leave.
Do I have to follow you?
Yes, on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, whichever you use. We check the winner is following us before the prize is awarded.
How will I know if I have won?
We email website entrants, and message Instagram entrants from @luxeexcursionstenerife — never any other account. We will never ask you for payment or card details. If anyone else says you have won, it is a scam.
How is the winner chosen?
At random from every valid entry on 2 December 2026. The draw is recorded so it can be checked, and two reserves are drawn in case the winner cannot be reached.
When would we travel?
On dates agreed with you, within the travel window in the terms and subject to availability.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you tick the box to receive offers. Entering on its own does not sign you up.
